During my visit to the area last week, I observed that the building facades were finished and significant progress had been made in the landscaping work.
The project was targeted to be completed by the end of 2026 or the beginning of 2027.
It seems that the project will come to life on time, in line with the targets.
Seeing the rise of high-quality living spaces throughout Beşiktaş makes me happy.
When I see the finished states of some buildings that have undergone urban transformation in important residential areas of Beşiktaş, I feel sad, both as a person and as a professional in the field.
In my opinion, urban transformation projects should be managed with an approach that is appropriate to the location and content of Beşiktaş.
Both property owners and construction companies undertake the projects.
