Retired Officers' Houses are Istanbul's Largest Urban Transformation Project.

The second part of the Retired Officers' Houses, built in the 1960s, consists of 500 blocks.
One side of the 2nd section of the Retired Officers' Houses is adjacent to Yıldız Posta CD, and the other side is adjacent to E-5 and Zincirlikuyu.
In the immediate vicinity, there are Zorlu Center, Dedeman Hotel, Mövenpick Hotel, Astoria Residence and Shopping Mall, Point Hotel and Gayrettepe metro station.
Gayrettepe Istanbul Airport metro station will be operational soon.
Over the last decade, upper segment projects that would completely renew the region have been presented from time to time, but none of the projects have been implemented so far.
Recently, urban transformation works for Retired Officers' Houses have accelerated.
An upper segment construction company is currently actively in the region. Time will tell the rest.
The renovation of the Retired Officers' Houses will add value to Gayrettepe in every way.
If the new Retired Officers' Homes living space becomes an A+ living space that reaches people's hearts as well as their pockets, Gayrettepe will become the upper segment attraction center of Istanbul.
