Regions Where New Building Clusters Form in Beşiktaş

After the last devastating earthquake, people's distance from old buildings increased.
The main reason for this is both security and avoiding the uncertainty brought by the inevitable urban transformation process over time.
There are mostly old buildings throughout Beşiktaş.
Except for some regions, urban transformation and renovation of buildings are progressing slowly in Beşiktaş.
Some of the regions where new buildings are clustered throughout Beşiktaş are in Etiler and Ulus.
I observe predominantly MaaNaa Blocks in the areas where new buildings are clustered in Etiler and Ulus.
Dikilitaş region is experiencing a completely dynamic urban transformation process.
A+ residence projects are rising on Barbaros Boulevard. (Barbaros 48, Kempinski Balmumcu, the Next Level, a project whose construction has just started)
On the Gayrettepe side, the urban transformation process continues to take place individually in different regions.
The Levent region, where I focus a certain part of my real estate work, contains villa class real estate and I have not observed any new construction. I only observe building renovations.
